Need help with LiftLeague?

If something looks wrong in the app, send us the account email you use, the device you are on, and a short description of the issue. That gives us the fastest shot at fixing it quickly.

  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Screenshots if the issue is visual

Common Help

  • Sign in issues after an update or password reset
  • Team membership problems or switching teams

  • Location-based awards not unlocking as expected
  • Account deletion or data questions

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app from Me → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support and include the account email you want removed.
