LiftLeague is designed to store the data needed to help users track workouts, compete with teams, and understand progress over time. The notes below describe the main categories of app data and how they are used.
How workout data is used
Workout and team data power session history, rankings, team feeds, awards, rest tracking, progress views, and optional AI-generated weekly recaps.
Location usage
If you allow location access, LiftLeague may use state and country information to support travel-based awards like State Collector and Country Collector. Location access is optional and can be changed in iPhone settings.
Account deletion and retention
You can delete your account in the app from Me → Delete Account. When an account is deleted, LiftLeague removes the account and related personal training activity stored for that account. Some limited operational records may remain only as needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Third-party services
LiftLeague may rely on third-party services for authentication, notifications, hosting, storage, and optional AI-generated recap features. Those providers may process data needed to deliver their part of the service.
